This book should guide members of the boards of companies on what kind of due diligence they need to keep in mind and implement in their day-to-day operations as board members in their respective companies, so as to protect and preserve cybersecurity. Increasing legal exposure of boards members in different jurisdictions is only pointing out one clear message. The message is that with each passing day, boards of companies will increasingly be made responsible for lack of appropriate due diligence in preventing cybersecurity breaches. Cybersecurity breaches are the new norm of the day .
