The Virtual Session on “Cyberlaw Ramifications Of International Cooperation” is proposed to be held on 19th April, 2023 from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm CET. The proposed Session would explore the cyber legal ramifications of the Chapters as currently proposed in the Convention. The session would look at the practical challenges in enforcing effective international cooperation and how newly emerging technologies could potentially create not just the challenges for cooperation but also the impetus for growing cybercrimes.
The session would also explore any potential futuristic perspectives and aspects that the proposed Convention can take into consideration in order to make it flexible and in order to meet with the emerging challenges pertaining to growing complexities and evolution of emerging technologies in the advent of newly emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain.
