Different National Governments in Asia have yet to galvanize themselves into action vis a vis Internet and cyberspace. The future holds tremendous promise for Asia and Asian countries have to respond to the same with lightening speed.

Cyberlaw Asia^TM is a universal platform for collection and sharing of ideas, thoughts, suggestions, inputs and diverse information relating to the growth of Cyberlaw in different countries of Asia.

Cyberlaw Asia^TM will also liason with national Governments, local, national and International bodies, Organisations and other groups to demand immediate and necessary national legislations to be passed in different countries of Asia to ensure efficient national administrations of legal mechanisms of cyberspace & Internet Cyberlaw Asia^TM is also the motivating force which will endeavour to motivate and encourage the national jurisdictions and Governments to pass the necessary and relevant laws enabling the full growth and development of Cyberlaws.

Cyberlaw Asia^TM will also endeavour to create and promote more mass awareness about the need to have detailed legal and regulatory mechanisms, laws, regulations and bylaws regulating humans conduct and behaviour online and in CyberSpace.
